 Hello families, 

Today we did read to self and read to partner.  We wrote about our favorite senses and why they are our favorite.  Ask your child what their favorite sense is and why. 

In gym, we did hockey and we learned how to pass to a partner.  In Science, we watched a video that answered questions about how people who are deaf can hear, and answered questions about sign language and about being deaf.  We played guess the sound on youtube.  In Character Education, we talked about how to keep all of our senses safe.  Ask your child about eye, ear, taste, touch and smell safety.

In Math, we reviewed 2D shapes in preparation for learning about 3D shapes. We played a donut-making game with shapes on the smart board.
