Hello families,
Today we had gym outside, we played on the playground, the field and could draw with sidewalk chalk.
We did our poem, and we looked for word wall words in the morning message. We worked on spelling rhyming words on the smartboard with Lively Letters. We did read to self and read to partner and Heggerty for our literacy learning today. We worked on finishing our Three Little Pigs writing too.
We listened to a story called The Crayon Man which taught us about how crayons are made.
Reminders:
- Book order catalogues will be sent home today (sorry they did not come home yesterday). There is a code at the top that you can use when you order. If you have any questions, please let me know.
- Friday April 8: Popcorn orders due by midnight
- Wednesday April 13: Popcorn for those who ordered
- Friday April 15: Good Friday - NO SCHOOL
- Monday April 18: Non-Instruction Day - No school for students
- Please continue to do the daily checklist from AHS, please do not send your child to school if they are sick
- Please work with your child to tie shoe laces if their indoor or outdoor shoes have laces
- Please send your child with a water bottle for the classroom if you have not already. There needs to be a lid that prevents water from spilling out
